Kabe & Ruby's House Rules for dogs
We love having dogs to stay at Felin Traeth Cottage. To keep holidays enjoyable for everyone, Kabe and Ruby have shared their house rules:
- Up to 4 domesticated, well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome to stay.
- We charge a £20 additional fee for any bookings that include dogs.
- We prefer paws on the floors, but if you can't help yourself, please get your humans to bring covers.
- Dogs are welcome in the lounge, dining room, snug, kitchen, utility room and ground floor bathroom.
- If you are in heat, please ensure your humans bring items to protect carpets, we do leave carpet cleaner under the sink in the kitchen.
- Don't forget to bring your own bed and/ or crates - Ruby likes to chew beds especially when they don't have her own scent on so no dog beds are provided by us for your use.
- We want you to enjoy your holiday as well as your owners, therefore you should never be left alone in the house unless crated - we miss our family when we're in strange places and know that this makes some dogs scratch and chew.
- Please remember to take all your toys home with you, any found will be disposed of during the changeover clean.
- Make sure that your owners remember to scoop your poop and remove all traces of your holiday (inside and outside).

If you eat raw food like us, then don't worry, we have a small chest freezer in the utility room for our food.
In the utility room there are some spare high visibility leads, towels, shampoo, poo bags and a lint roller. There are also collar tags to wear while you are on holiday so people can get you back to your owners if you get too far away from them. Outside there is a hot and cold tap to rinse dirty paws and fur.
There is a video showing our garden fences here Garden fence video.
We have been awarded the Pets Welcome Award by Visit Wales, so we do hope that you come and stay and have an amazing holiday.
