We have been going to Felin Traeth for a week away every year for the past 4 years. We are two families with 4 children and a dog in tow.
Everything about Felin Traeth we love! The cottage, the location, the wonderful area and the hospitality afforded to us by the owners.

It's a pleasure to return and a gem we are glad we stumbled across. Memories are being made which we will treasure for a lifetime.

Thanks Jessica and Alan!

Zillah Edwards ,

Everything about Felin Traeth was beautifully done - from booking to check out. We are 4 women and have just had a fabulous winter break here. We arrived to a cosy warm house with the hot tub ready and a lovely welcome bag. There was everything we could possibly need and many thoughtful little touches, fresh and spotlessly clean. The hot tub on cold starry nights was a lovely experience. This would be a great place for a family holiday as children are very well provided for. Thank you Jessica and Alan.

Susan Parry,

Just spent a lovely week at Felin Traeth. A real home from home. Well equipped and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need even for the pooches.

Shirley Eckersley,

On our recent trip back to the UK from Australia we had the pleasure of staying at Felin Traeth. The cottage was superb with all the comforts of home and more. We had four adults and there was plenty of space for us all. The washing machine and dryer was a big bonus as well. The location to the local village was ideal and we found a great restaurant and enjoyed great food. It was a pleasure staying here and big thank you to Allan and Jessica we hope on our next trip we will have time to stay again.

Jen Clifford ,

Many thanks indeed Jessica and Alan,
We’ve had a wonderful stay and had everything that we needed. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and the kids could shout, scream and splash to their hearts content! They especially loved watching the trains and planes from the large garden while they could play in a safe place.
The log burner in the lounge was fabulous to relax of an evening; the decor and furniture was all very comfortable and homely.
I highly recommend your cottage!

Alexa Stone,

We spent a great week at Felin Traeth in half term. My self, my wife, daughter, son in law and twin 4 year old granddaughters - and there was plenty of room for all of us! Also plenty of toys and games for the girls and adults alike. A real home from home - the house was equipped to a high standard with everything you could want! The enclosed back garden was great for the girls to play out . Only a short 20 minutes walk to the centre of the village with a good variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Would thoroughly recommend for a great family holiday…..and we can’t wait to return!

Chris Hawkins,

Another wonderful stay at Felin Traeth Cottage with the family. Very close to Holyhead so it was ideal for family coming over from Ireland on the ferry. Lots to do around the area and plenty of help and advice available from the great hosts. Can’t wait to book again and visit the cottage soon. Xx

Lisa & Damien Ryan,

Had a wonderful few days here between Christmas & New Year , the communication beforehand was brilliant . A lovely cottage with lots of room and gorgeous bedrooms. A great big enclosed garden which is such a wonderful addition when you have a dog. The cottage is fitted out with everything you could possibly need for a break from home, we all said there wasn't one thing we could think of that could have made it better! A short walk into the village which has lovely restaurants & bars, would love to stay again in the summer and make use of the hot tub, there were 5 of us in total, myself and my husband, our two teenagers and a friend plus our lab.

Karen Bellamy,

Lovely few days at Felin Traeth Cottage with our two cavaliers Ruby and Ralf in December 2022. The cottage is in a great location a short walk or drive from Rhosneigr which has some great places to eat and an excellent beach. The large garden was ideal for the dogs and the cottage is well designed and furnished with a stunning modern kitchen and bathroom while also maintaining a cottage feel. Jess left a lovely welcome hamper and the cottage is kitted out with everything you could need. It’s one of the nicest ones we have stayed at on Anglesey and will certainly be our regular place to stay moving forward. It was minus 8 degrees when we stayed but it was very cosy and warm with the central heating and will be adding the use of the jacuzzi next time and trying out the log burner in the front room. We look forward to coming back very soon.

Tereska & Ben Leach,

Spent a lovely half term in Felin Traeth Cottage with 2 daughters and families. Beautifully equipped and especially comfortable beds. Plenty of space for everyone and good location. Hot tub was very clean and very popular at the end of the day. Good location to explore all Anglesey has to offer

Dennis and Margaret Oldham,

We’ve just returned from an amazing week at Felin Traeth Cottage. I cant recommend the property highly enough. Alan and Jess have really thought of everything from the gift bag with local Artisan foods, dog treats and a lovely bottle
Of Prosecco, TV’s in each bedroom, washing machine and tumble dryer to a very well equipped kitchen. The Bedrooms are beautiful with lovely comfortable beds.
We visited a new beach every day and having the Hot Tub to come back to to relax with a glass of fizz was amazing.
I can honestly say I didn’t want to come home. The only thing I wish I had have realised sooner was the retail park just off the A55 before Holyhead.. there is a huge Tesco, Morrisons and Aldi amongst other stores.
Thanks to Jess and Alan once again for being amazing hosts. We hope to be back again sometime in the future

Sarah Cunningham,

We had a great stay.
The cottage is fantastic. Very cosy but also big enough so that you have your own space.
The property is very well look after. The hot tub was really clean.
By mistake, we left some things at the cottage. The owners were kind enough to meet us, by where we live and give them back to us.
100% recommendation. Great place to stay.

Jordan,

We have just returned from staying at this beautiful cottage. It was perfect for our 2 families and our 2 dogs, we had a lovely time exploring Anglesey and then relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. One of the best places we have ever stayed and we hope to return again soon!

Kathryn Garnett ,

We’ve just returned from a wonderful weekend at Felin Traeth. We cannot recommend the property highly enough.
The welcome gift bag with local Artisan foods was a really lovely touch. Bedrooms are really well appointed with lovely comfortable beds.
I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere with such attention to detail, even down to spare dog leads if you need them!
Will definitely stay here again in the future

Jane Panteli ,

Stayed with family of 8 at Felin Traeth, 1st to 4th April, can honestly say it’s one of the nicest places I have stayed in. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. There is something for everyone, from relaxation, walks, bike riding, Hot tub. It was so lovely….. we even had Sun, and a chill out on the Sun beds.
Jess kept us up to date with everything, by email, nothing is too much trouble.
In the village is the nicest ice cream shop ever, it’s a must……. And an evening at the oyster catcher is a must, that is the nicest fish and Chips I have ever tasted. Absolutely delicious!
We made lots of lovely family memories and will be returning in the very near future.
Thank you Jess and Alan.

Debbie Scott,

Felin Traeth was an idyllic escape from the regular routine of life. The cottage and it's surroundings are perfect. A welcome feeling hits you at the door, and remained throughout the stay. The whole building is completed to a very high spec, although not having an open fire at home, we thoroughly enjoyed evenings in the lounge with the fire lit. Anything needed for a holiday are available and much more. The surprise welcome bag of local treats, including something for our pet was a fabulous and welcome touch. As a family we enjoyed a superb Mother's day weekend break, when it was time to leave we could have stayed longer. Jess and Alan were available via text when we needed and couldn't do enough. The hot tub is a must when staying at Felin Traeth as we used it quite often, the children loved it. A book of local eatery's was most welcome and we used quite a lot. A great walk to the beach was had by all on both days. Just special memories have been made for us all at Felin Traeth and we hope we can soon visit again. Thank you.

Marjorie Brown,

A large well presented and quirky layout house. We wanted for nothing. Even a tv in every bedroom if you had the energy to stay awake after gulping in that fresh clean air from some fabulous beaches, we walked for miles everyday. For decades we have rented holiday homes all over the UK and I feel I can say with some confidence that Felin Traeth is the cleanest, most well equipped home we have stopped in. Attention to detail in many ways and a superb welcome pack was much appreciated.

Well done to all concerned.

Mike L,

A memorable weekend at this beautiful cottage, a home from home atmosphere with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub is amazing and perfect for a good catch up with friends and family. Highly recommended, thank you Jess all the little extras made it even more personal.

Melanie ,

Just returned from an amazing weekend at this beautiful cottage. This is of a very high standard and the owner is very helpful. The cottage is in a beautiful setting. And very well equipped.

Lisa Ellis,

What a wonderful stay! Jessica was brilliant with keeping us up-to-date with the weather and even offered us to move dates! The house is beautiful! Fully equipped with high quality extras. The welcome pack was a lovely thought and was highly accepted after a long drive from North Devon. The hot tub was a great extra that we all enjoyed after a day out on the tracks. We are hoping to be back next year when the 2022 dates our confirmed for our next motorsport event at anglesey race track.

With great thanks,

Bob Dove Motorsport Team

Karen Butterworth,

A lovely 15 minute walk to the beach across sand dunes on a part of Rhosneigr beach I have not seen before, then back to the house for a relaxing sunbathe in the very secluded garden or hop in the hot tub for a glass of fizz in the evening. Ample space/facilities and comfy beds to sleep the night away. I would definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely weekend. Just what we needed.

Zoe Hall,

Brilliant stay in this gorgeous house. The facilities here were great, we especially loved the kitchen area. The garden was secure for the dogs, and we were all able to relax and enjoy ourselves. We will definitely be back!

M.P.,

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. A great location within a 20 minute walk to Rhosneigr beach and the stunning views of this area. The cottage was really well appointed, super clean and Jessica and Alan have gone to great efforts to think of lots of little extras to make the stay really comfortable and pleasant. We felt really well cared for and the booking process is easy and straightforward. A spacious cottage but with a cosy feel!

Kirsty Lilley,

We really enjoyed our stay at Felin Traeth, the cottage was spacious and beautifully decorated which can be hard to find when travelling with a dog. We were lucky enough to have 14 days here and found the property well equipped and well appointed for exploring the island. We decided to pay extra for the hot tub and were glad we did. The garden is a great size and plenty big enough for our children to play in whilst we relaxed on the comfortable sun loungers. Jessica and Alan were easy to contact and very helpful. Thank-you for a lovely stay, we'll be back!

Heather Baxter,

Stayed for the weekend wish we had have gone for a week. House was fantastic, lots of room for the whole family, spotlessly clean, great big garden and the hot tub was superb. Lovely peaceful setting yet only 10/15 minutes walk to Rhosneigr centre and beach with nice chippy and pancake place. On arrival found there were loads of little extras that you wouldn’t expect. The first night had a slight problem but was sorted within minutes thanks to Jessica replying to my text straight away, would recommend this cottage to any family and would definitely stay here again.

P.R.,

The property is an older style house, however this adds to the charm. The pictures are spot on and probably don’t do it justice. Comfy beds, plenty of hot water which is always a bonus when staying in a large group. Well equipped kitchen. We had a couple of minor issues that I raised with Jessica and she amended immediately, she is a great host. Thanks so much.

E,

We had a wonderful time at Felin traeth the cottage manages to be light and bright yet also super cosy with the wood burner and tasteful decor throughout. Alan and Jessica are generous thoughtful hosts who really go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is masses of space inside and out perfect for gathering s of family and friends with the added luxury of your own personal hot tub beneath the stars! Rhosneigr beach and bustling restaurants are a short stroll away but the large well equipped kitchen and cosy dining room makes it a pleasure to cater for yourself and enjoy the tranquility of the cottage.

Jane Townley ,

My family and I booked Felin Traeth cottage for a reunion weekend. The cottage was impeccably clean with lots of lovely little touches. The hand made soaps smelt amazing. We opted for the hot tub and it was fantastic.
The facility in the cottage made it feel like a home from home it even has a piano!
So spacious we could spend time together in the cozy lounge or chill in our lovely bedrooms.
I stayed in the upstairs room with the en suite it was like staying in a boutique hotel the room had lovely views from the windows.
The kitchen had everything needed that you could want.
It has a lovely homely feel and we have already booked to go back again in August. Highly recommended
